This is a plain-English version. If anything here is unclear, ring us and we’ll explain it.

What we collect. When you use the form on the contact page, we receive your name, your phone number, your email address if you give it, your postcode, what you tell us about the work, and any photographs you send. If you ring us, we keep the number and the notes we need to quote the job.

What we do with it. We use it to answer your enquiry, to arrange a visit and to quote. That’s all. We don’t sell it, we don’t pass it to anyone else, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it. Enquiries that don’t turn into work are deleted within twelve months. If you become a customer, we keep the paperwork for the job, invoices and records, for as long as the tax rules require.

Who else sees it. The photographs and messages are sent through our website and our email provider, who process them on our behalf. Nobody else.

Your rights. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we’ll do it. Ring 07826 825312 or email info@brickwright.co.uk.
